Request Tracker: Ticket Lifetime ReportI recently wrote a script to generate a simple report on the lifetime of tickets in Request Tracker (http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/). I need this to ensure requests are being handled within a defined service level. At this moment, the output is very simple but I plan to add additional features to the report in the future (i.e. email support, web interface integration).
